This policy explains what Morrowbit collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies when you browse the site, create an account, make a payment, use MBT, or take part in a personal puzzle, collaboration board, or transfer window.

1. Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name, username and email; product activity such as quests, XP, streaks, reflections, puzzle progress, wallet entries and notifications; and transaction details such as payment references, receipts, review decisions, MBT listings, orders, and payout evidence. If you choose to sell MBT in a transfer window, we also collect the bank details needed to pay you.

2. How we use information

We use it to provide and secure your account, save progress, operate payments and wallets, review receipts, prevent abuse, answer support requests, send service messages, and meet record-keeping obligations. We do not sell personal information or use reflections to advertise to you.

3. Visibility

Your reflections and personal puzzles are private to you and authorized support reviewers where a request requires access. Collaboration boards show shared board progress; the product limits what other members can see. Payment proofs and bank information are kept out of public views.

4. Service providers

We use carefully selected hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, and email providers to operate Morrowbit. They process information only as needed to provide their services to us.

5. Retention

We retain account and product information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove or anonymize data where possible. We may retain payment, wallet, fraud-prevention, and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary for reconciliation, disputes, compliance, or security.

6. Your choices

You can update profile information, turn reminders on or off, and request account deletion from your Profile page. You may ask for access, correction, or deletion help by contacting Support. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where a completed payment or marketplace transaction requires retention.

7. Security

We use access controls, private receipt storage, encrypted connections, and audit records designed to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security, so never email your password, one-time code, sign-in link, or account credentials.

8. Children and international processing

Morrowbit is not designed for children who cannot lawfully consent to online services. Our providers may process information in countries other than yours; we use contractual and technical safeguards appropriate to those services.
