Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Morrowbit, including daily Morrowbits, personal puzzles, collaboration boards, MBT, Morrowbit Plus and any member-to-member transfer window. By creating an account or using these features, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Morrowbit is

Morrowbit offers short, optional prompts and patient puzzle experiences. It is not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or emergency advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for a qualified professional or emergency service.

2. Your account

Keep your password and sign-in links private, provide accurate account information, and use one account for yourself. You are responsible for activity from your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts that are automated, fraudulent, abusive, or used to evade product limits.

3. Daily Morrowbits, XP and MBT

XP records progress and is not money or a spendable balance. MBT is an in-app unit. Its available, locked, and escrowed balances are recorded in your wallet history. We may correct a balance where there is a clear technical, duplicate, or fraudulent credit, and retain an audit record of the correction.

4. Personal puzzles and collaboration

Before you start a personal puzzle or reserve a collaboration piece, Morrowbit shows the applicable MBT commitment, reward, recovery, cancellation and expiry terms. Those terms are snapshotted for your board. Personal-puzzle MBT is held for the board lifecycle and settled under those displayed terms. Collaboration contributions are permanently spent once the assigned piece is placed.

Do not reserve a collaboration piece unless you intend to place it. You may cancel a reservation before its deadline. After the disclosed reservation period, Morrowbit may place it automatically so a board is not blocked for others.

5. Morrowbit Plus

Plus is a fixed-duration membership activated only after a bank-transfer payment is reviewed and approved. It does not renew automatically. Current plans are ₦1,000 for one month, ₦10,000 for twelve months, and ₦18,000 for twenty-four months. Benefits end on expiry unless a valid renewal is approved. We may immediately cancel Plus access when fraud or farming is confirmed.

6. Receipts, reviews and refunds

Use the unique reference supplied for every payment and upload only your own valid proof. Reviews are manual. A pending or rejected payment does not create access or MBT. If a payment is rejected, the reason and any resubmission guidance appear in your account. Contact Support with the reference if you believe a decision is incorrect.

7. Transfer marketplace

Transfer windows are optional, time-limited, and controlled by Morrowbit. Listing and reservation terms—including the MBT-to-Naira rate, fees, limits, payment deadline, and seller payout details—are snapshotted when a listing or order is made. Morrowbit may pause, reject, cancel, or release escrow for fraud, risk, operational, or legal reasons. Listings are not a general cash-withdrawal promise.

8. Acceptable use

You must not submit fraudulent receipts, impersonate others, operate multiple accounts to obtain rewards, manipulate MBT or puzzle outcomes, interfere with the service, scrape it, or attempt to circumvent security or rate limits. We may investigate and preserve relevant records where needed.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, pause, or retire a feature to keep Morrowbit safe and workable. Material changes to these Terms will be posted here with a new update date. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms, unless applicable law requires another form of consent.
